Warranty

Warranty on peripherals shall be as per their individual manufacturer's warranty terms.

Return Policy

• Goods purchased, unless defective, are not returnable. The costs incurred in returning goods are to be paid by the customer.
• Any defective goods or shortages/errors in delivery must be notified within 2 days of receipt of the goods.
• For defective goods returned, charges will apply if Office Ideas does not find any defect or fault.
• Office Ideals shall not be obligated to accept the return of goods that are not working properly because of compatibility issues, e.g. CD and DVD media. Customers are advised to order samples first before placing the actual order.

Note: Placement of orders will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
